Let's understand what is happening to America right now. Slowly but surely the government is taking steps to disarm America.

This would be a definitive step in enslaving the country's people, to put them under the whim of what is already an oppressive administration.

Done all in the name of securing the peace. As usual the bills being passed in the Senate and house are not focused on dealing with a real problem, but rather and effort to centralize power and control within the central government. And the executive orders by Obama are again bypassing the Constitution and it's inherent controls to do just that, wrest control from the people and again, place it in the hands of a corrupt government.

From this information we see that you are 50X more likely to be killed in an auto accident than by a gun. Most gun related deaths are mostly criminals killing criminals. Also any police or armed force data is also folded into these stats. Do your own research and then do your own comparisons.

So this clamoring about gun control makes no sense. Yes, I agree for more background checks, but not on any of the measures that are being hammered out in congress. If we had had the things in place now trying to go into affect now back in the days that this country was founded, we would all be speak Elizabethian english today.
