Our Christian Faith

We believe in one God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.

We believe in the fullness of our Walk Of Faith is to love God and each other as explained by Jesus Christ in Matthew 22.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man.

We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.

We believe it is the only absolute arbiter of truth and it's truths, when lived, shall bring us back before the throne of God.

We believe in personal salvation through the corporate sacrifice for our lives through, and of, Jesus Christ.

We believe that we are the physical and spiritual children of God, and siblings of Jesus Christ. And as such it is required for us to live godly lives and strive to always be disciples of Jesus Christ. In this we become a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and an holy nation.

We believe in sanctification, redemption, and sinlessness through the Word of God being lived, and by the Holy Spirit active in our lives, and we believe in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.

We believe in that the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit are available in our lives, according to God and His plans for our lives.

We believe in water baptism, in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth, in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit. 

We believe that all of these are available to believers.

We believe in the soon-coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

J. D. Payne: My personal affirmation of faith....

Herewith I do acknowledge and decree, and solemnly proclaim, that an Eternal and Sovereign God has spun the worlds in the heavens, and beyond, and set them upon creation's tapestry of life, and formed all that therein is. That I acknowledge and decree, that the saving Grace, wherewith given by Christ upon His death, then sanctified by His resurrection, has loosed the bonds that have sought to constrain me, and hold me fast, by the ungodly power of this world of perdition, and sin.

That it is my duty, even God's calling upon my life, of which by faith I shall walk without blame or censure

 That by Holy Decree by our God the Most High, that I shall stand judged before the throne of God only, and not by the measure of mortal men. Men who see not, understand not, and walk not, in the everlasting power of our creator. That this day marks my soul's rebirth, even a beginning, fresh, clean, and anew. For the Old Man has been redeemed in the New Man, and as such, that sin is swallowed up in the power, purpose, and eternal freedom of God's sublime mercy, made visible, in the gift of Salvation.

That God's everlasting Covenant now rests with man through Christ alone, and none other.

That true worship shall be given only with a true heart, a true adoration, a true obedience, and true supplication, before the throne of God, and shall be the hallmark of our faith in Him. A status I do diligently seek to embrace, now and forever, upon this journey homeward bound. That no device of man may stand in my way, or stay my course, nor any precept of the ungodly, striving to renew the bonds once wherewith I was once ensnared and abased.

For now, in this place sacred before God, I stand free in Christ, guiltless, and without the penalty of sin that claims restitution, and ultimately the death of the soul, eternally. Rather I am duty bound to be His Disciple, according to His calling, and Holy will, for my life. Even as I embrace the purity of the calling, the cleansing fire of discipleship's redemption, and the Grace by which I now traverse this road of life. I am, by a measured and conscious choice, His Disciple, relinquishing my former nature in perdition, to a Holy Vocation in Him, and in Him alone.

That I shall not seek validation by the those who embrace apostasy, faithlessness, and are of false piety, seen and unseen. I stand by the unction of God to rightly divide His word, understand His precepts, walk in His statutes, and stand clean before Him, even Holy. That I shall, and will be, always in His perfect will, authority, power, judgment, and obedience, of His most Holy purpose for my life. And in this, I shall seek no other authority, for He is God alone, sanctified and proven, holy and eternal.

In this, my ears only hear the voice of God, my eyes only witness His glory and majesty, and written therein upon my heart, to be accounted a child of the Most High. I will abide by His most Holy Scriptures, and the calling that herein I am called accordingly.
