A Prayer To God

Lord, today I desire to seek you out in my heart. I know that You are forever with me, sustaining me, and keeping me alive. I desire to grab the hem of your skirt and not let go. Today I ask for healing of all Your children, no matter what they face, no matter the pain, and no matter how lost they may feel. Dear God Almighty, I pray today for all that is in my heart to give, to share, and by Your Grace, to receive. 

The requests that I receive from others, and my own heart issues that seem to multiply daily. I need to seek more time with You, O Lord, to sit in Your presence and be renewed by Your Light, and Your purpose, Your power, and Your plan for my life.

I am Yours, O God.

You have placed in my heart a burden for prayer. Of course, O Lord, our hope is in You and Your Will being done as You strengthen our faith, deepen our love, and broaden our understanding. Let us learn to seek You for every answer to every question. Let us learn to trust You, and to seek You early in all things. There are those who are hurting and cry our to You Lord, even as I was once was one who needed Your healing touch, to mend my broken spirit, and heal a broken heart.

And you did.

Lord let us learn that You give peace, if we let You, that You give hope, if we let You, and You give all good things that build us up, support us, and clear our minds and vision, if we let You. Lord let us learn to "let You!" Every one of Your children have faced the whirlwind, and many of us lie wounded and broken in the dust. Again Lord, I know that pain. Many of Your children simply do not understand Your healing mercy and Your desire for us to be whole, pure, and clean before You. Salvation is the beginning, but You O Lord, are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning AND the end. And this Age is truly coming to an end.

That we need to remember that in You O God, are all things created, and completed.

Bless my son, in his battle for his own son. That Your will in his life to be equally yoked with Jessi come to pass according to You. And bless that precious little one Jaida, and that she be healed of this sickness that plagues her. Bless my beloved Yeshin, and send Your healing Grace, Your blessings of life, and Your perfect will in our lives bound together before Your throne.

And bless my sister Sherri and her husband Gerri, that their love grows stronger and deeper in each other and in You. Bless my best friend Jim and heal his heart O God. Bless my friends Pastor Andrew, Pastor John and Pastor Jan, make them the good and righteous stewards of Your truth and Your light. Bless all who seek Your words to give unto others. Purify their heart and souls O God. Bless all of us who are ministers, teachers, and pastors of Your truth. That we stand as the waymarks pointing to Christ, our Lord and Savior, and always remember "whose we are!"

And bless all who seek Your path, give them knowledge, discipleship, and strength in You O Lord, to stand in Your path of light and return home, the prodigal journey finished in victory. And God, bless this nation. That once again we find our backbone in You, as a nation, as a people, and as Christians who walk in the power of their faith, and the sovereignty of their God. That we do what is right not because it is expedient, but because it is simply "right". 

And that once again our nation will stand as that bright city upon the hill, as President Ronald Reagan once stated. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty, and justice, for all. Let the person You desire O God to lead this country back into the light, Your country God, and heal this nation from the Apostasy that seeks it's undoing. And in every person of faith's life, let us eschew evil, do good, be steadfast and trusted. To be the rock of Christ that we are called to be, to those in need, lost, unsure, and desiring a way back home to You! Let us BE in truth, the children of the most high God, in all that we say, do, think, and feel.

There are so many facing trials in their lives that seek to overcome them, O Lord, and we seek Your strength to sustain them and keep them from the turmoil and stresses that may be in their lives. We seek Your gift Jesus, of Your peace, of Your comfort, and Your power in our lives to meet any challenge and attack on our faith, our commitment, and again our peace in You.

Lord there are those who have asked for Your will and favor concerning relationships, finances, work, family, and a renewed fervor in their Walk Of Faith. We all need that O Lord, that when we are accounted unto You God that we will stand, strong and unafraid, and will not be moved.

We ask for an increase of our love, towards You O God, and each other. That truly our testimony will always be of that love, true and unfeigned always. Let us never walk in selfishness, or in need that supercedes the needs of others. That we become the "living sacrifice" of our discipleship in Christ, and the light we are supposed to be in this time of darkness. 

Let us always turn to You O Lord, and KNOW that we will always find you.

There is so much in my heart today, O God, but I give it all to You. You know the need, the pain, and the places of confusion in the lives You call Your own. Your Grace and Love is sufficient for every need. We seek only Your Will, O God, and Your path home in Christ Jesus our Lord. We seek the hem of Your robe, help us to not let go. Because we love You God, we love You Jesus, and we love You Holy Spirit! Thank You for loving us. Let only Your holy and perfect will be done, O Father God, and ONLY Your perfect and holy will. In the name of our beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, so be it...
