"I Love You"

Have you told the one you love, that they are your heart, that their smile warms your soul, that the distance only makes you reach more (even though they be right beside you), and that without them in your life, that you are empty? 

Have you told them you long to hold them in your arms, you seek the treasure of their laughter, to be kissed by their joy, and that their hopes and dreams are now your hope and dreams? 

Have you told them that you love them? 

Don't take for granted that they know, tell them over and over again, that they are the rose, in full bloom, that you wish to carry in your hands. That they complete you, and though you may have been lost before, that the light in their eyes, has welcomed you home, and you are lost no more. That every thought of them brings a smile to your lips, and a warm glow to your life. 

That when faced with the decisions of life you automatically think "what shall WE do?" That every step you take is now a journey of joy because you walk together. Have you let them know that they have set a fire within you, that makes you believe and that you can achieve being better, stronger, and take on the world and win?

Have you let them know, that they are the light that pierces the darkness of your soul.

That in one flesh before God's throne, that you desire no other? That life has become a hope realized, a trust defined, and a walk of surety, because of the love you share? That every day speeds to fast because you long to linger in the moment, to revel in their beauty of their soul, and share everything with them in a benediction of your love.

Look beyond the mundane of life, that seeks to give you the downtrodden glass beads, and remember the diamond God has given you, that He has placed within your grasp. To remember how lost you were, forlorn and forgotten by the world, and that now they are you world. Now you feel whole and blessed because they are in your world. That you no longer seek to be right, for the sake of being right, but seek to be in unity, whole, complete, and joyous with them. That they are the smile of your heart, and the melody of your life, whose song you wish to never have an end.

To be with them has given your life wings, and there is nothing you can not do, nothing that you can not accomplish, and nothing you can not dream, all because they are the gift of God that has been bound within your being. That they are all that you did not know you wanted, and needed.

Remember that you have a treasure that man can not give, a love that can not be given by any other, and life touched by God within this gift of love they give. In that is a joy that gives us life, peace, and hope, all in that treasure we call love.
