The Ugly America

THE WHITE HOUSE REPORT

You are probably curious as to why I posted this under The White House Report rather than "just" a commentary. Because specifically the Obama administration has actively sided with the hatemongers and are actively dividing America with a purpose. The exact same purpose as to why the hatemongers do it - power.

The power to dictate things with the purpose to gain control. It wrongfully falls into more than one of the so-called "Seven Deadly Sins" as listed below:

• Lust – to have an intense desire or need: “But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart” (Matthew 5:28).
• Gluttony – excess in eating and drinking: “for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags” (Proverbs 23:21). 
• Greed - excessive or reprehensible acquisitiveness: “Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more” (Ephesians 4:19). 
• Laziness – disinclined to activity or exertion: not energetic or vigorous: “The way of the sluggard is blocked with thorns, but the path of the upright is a highway” (Proverbs 15:19). 
• Wrath – strong vengeful anger or indignation: “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger” (Proverbs 15:1) 
• Envy – painful or resentful awareness of an advantage enjoyed by another joined with a desire to possess the same advantage: “Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation” (1 Peter 2:1-2). 
• Pride - quality or state of being proud – inordinate self esteem: “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18).

Now understand that these are being used for attaining specific goals, and that I speak of how they are being reached. Not what those goals themselves. That is grist for the mill another day. What I speak of here is the usary aspect to accomplish the end game.

The ones that I can see being used here are:

• Lust - The inate lust for power and position of this unlawful, and unconstitutional, administration
• Wrath - The aforementioned stirring up of the issues for the power inherent in doing so
• Envy - The masses and their own to gain without apparent effort those things we strive for
• Pride - A misplaced sense of entitlement that is truly and extension of a misplaced pride

And there is a need to mention here the use of what has deemed a Chicago-style of governance as well as the above. From Wikipedia:

Chicago-style politics is a byword used to designate a set of characteristics associated to the less commendable aspects of the recent political history of the American city of Chicago, Illinois, (i.e., corruption, patronage, nepotism, authoritarianism) which is often cited as an example of blatant corruption.^[1]

The administration of the city under mayor Richard J. Daley is believed to incarnate this style at its worst, several of Daley's subordinates being jailed for corruption. However the most significant systemic trait of Daley's Administration, regarding Chicago-style politics, was its extended reliance on a political machine,^[2][3] which not only served to seize the power but also to exert control and to perpetuate political hegemony. Sociologists have demonstrated that this kind of political organization antedates Daley's mandate and can be traced as far back as 1928,^[4] being in fact a long political habitus, whose roots and scope go well beyond the formal political party sphere and affect the social structures at community levels.^[5]

I especially agree with the sentence "an example of blatant corruption" specifically as an accurate description of the Obama administration. With the latest example being the race baiting currently being proffered by the DOJ under Eric Holder. You know, the one who thumbed his nose at congress and the due process of constitutionally mandated rule of law.

So we see that this is no historic moment for a nation who voted in the first Black President. But rather a reverse Uncle Tom scenario used to gain personal status and power, and the will to subvert and do whatever it takes to keep that power. That is what is occurring in the White House today.

Truly we are watching the actions of a real "Ugly America" before our very eyes.
