Living The Lies

As everyone knows, this 2012 marks a new election for the presidency, and a referendum on what you believe, and "why" you believe it. In this present administration we have seen over-reaching and illegal tactics, unconstitutional laws, and many outright and certifiable lies. We have even failed to vet Barack Hussein Obama as to whether he is a native American.

Of which he is demonstrably not.

But in these Last Days we have seen an escalation of hostilities towards the USA, and her allies, both inside the country and abroad. Things we would not have thought possible are grist for the mill. And when these things are questioned WE are deemed the ones that marginalize this once great and proud republic. Our right to unobstructed devotion to faith, family, work, education, and honorable military service, have all come under attack, constantly and consistently, from the highest levels.

But we know that, it is standard fare for a world awash in sin, with it's perceptions turned inward and focused on a self-centered belief that we should be the center of all things, not God. Any casual, informed look at the news headlines paints a sad picture of what we are today, and that look speaks volumes of a decadent and dying sphere of empty promises and rampant and self-indulgent lusts. Some are valiantly standing their ground, but many more stand corrupted by the self interests of those who look for gain, materially and otherwise, and at the expenditure of our societal core values.

And even more so in the public sector.

Truth, and the telling of it, is the first casualty of this war, and the White House is just as guilty of this exercise of relative moral equivalency, or perhaps more so, than any other source. Let us use smaller words here, the biggest lies come from the White House, and the president specifically, and on most issues of importance for it's citizenry. From immigration, the rule of law, national and international treaties, and other global initiatives and more, this administration has willfully sought to divest this country of it's greatness, it's freedoms, and the measured application of justice.

A worse case scenario: having Obama for another four years.

It does not fall on deaf ears and blind eyes, that the most heard or seen private news sources (and some very public ones as well) have been telling us all along that the lemmings are jumping off the cliff in droves. One very telling article on Brietbart (read here) states well this top-down perspective:

"The Obama campaign has tried to distract from its failures and the latest abysmal jobs numbers by pointing and shouting about Mitt Romney's Swiss bank account and other offshore investments. 

Apparently, while America slept, a law was passed which criminalized wealth and foreign investments. Before progressives chirp about "Merica-made" (while passing policies skyrocketing labor costs and shifting manufacturing power overseas), consider foreign-born George Soros's funding of most of the sites who will use such a defense."

So America, in some quarters, has long been privy to the White House's bait-n-switch tactics. And let us not keep on beating the dead horse of all the other obvious and seen lies, mechinations, and sleights of hand that is being done this election year. "Fool us twice...."

So while you are being bombarded by campaign ads of questionable truth, do yourself a favor, find out for yourself what the truth is. It's amazing what a few facts can divulge, no matter how difficult they are to find.
